Founder/Principal
Scott W. Rostock
Attorney
Scott grew up in South Florida and attended Pine Crest Preparatory School in Fort Lauderdale (1992). After graduating from Indiana University (1996) and Boston College Law School (1999), he embarked on a 25+ year career as a commercial litigator at three prestigious law firms in Boston (Nixon Peabody LLP) and South Florida (Shutts & Bowen LLP and Akerman LLP). He is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar and has been recognized by the peer-reviewed by The Best Lawyers in America® for both Construction Litigation and Real Estate Litigation since 2018. Scott received one of the highest scores on the 2001 FL Bar Exam and was an honorary speaker at the Bar induction ceremony at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. He resides in South Florida with his wife of 22 years, two children, and beloved Covid rescue dog. His son is a freshman D1 college baseball player, and his daughter is a high school freshman who hopes to play D1 volleyball in college.
