Attorney
Scott grew up in South Florida and graduated from Pine Crest Preparatory School in Fort Lauderdale (1992). After graduating from Indiana University (1996) and Boston College Law School (1999), he embarked on a 25+ year career as a commercial litigator at three prestigious law firms in Boston (Nixon Peabody LLP) and South Florida (Shutts & Bowen LLP and Akerman LLP). Scott received one of the highest scores on the 2001 FL Bar Exam and was an honorary speaker at the Florida Bar induction ceremony held at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. He is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar and admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in FL and MA. Scott resides in South Florida with his wife of 20+ years, two children, and beloved Covid rescue dog.
